Refund policy
Please email sales@mrsteps.co.uk if you wish to process a return.
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items assuming they have not been used and are still in the original packaging.
We are unable to refund items ordered in error or that you no longer want.
Please note that our oak, pine and tulip components are natural products, meaning there can often be significant colour differences. Although we do our very best to provide you with a set of products that match closely in a single order, we cannot accept refunds for colour mismatches.
Custom made items are not eligible for a refund unless faulty on delivery.
You will only be refunded your delivery cost if items arrive with a fault caused by us.
Responsibility of the items will remain with you until they are received by us in full. You will be required to arrange your own return shipping back to us.
Orders that have not been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
We will not be liable to you for inconveniences or loss of profits and will not pay any compensation other than any refunds under the conditions above.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
